Woven Wire Mesh

A uniform, precision woven metallic wire with nominal and absolute filter ratings ranging from 1000 to 1 micron, following ISO 9044 standards. Filter elements and baskets are designed with engineered substrate combinations to withstand high differential pressure. Standard material grades include 304/304L, 316/316L, 904L and alloys 400, 625 and C276, with other speciality materials available upon request.

SintAbond™ MESH (Sintered Wire Cloth)

SintAbond™ MESH is a versatile, sintered porous wire mesh medium that offers outstanding compressive strength, inherent mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and regenerative capabilities. It features standard absolute filter ratings from 1000 to 1 micron. Standard material grades include 304/304L, 316/316L, Duplex, 904L, alloys 625 and C276, and other speciality materials are available upon request.

Sintered Metal Fibre

A series of composite materials manufactured from specialist metal fibres, sinter bonded to produce a cohesive structure, this unique structure provides a highly efficient and stable media at elevated and fluctuating operating pressures and temperatures. High efficiency and permeability, combined with very low pressure drop and superior dirt holding capacity, CFL metal fibre lends itself well to many high integrity  applications. 

Available in a range of standard materials, including 316L and alloys C276 and 600.

SintAbond™ PMET (Porous Metal Powder)

CFL SintAbond™ PMET epitomises the synergy of precision and strength, providing solutions for the exacting demands of modern industrial processes. SintAbond™ PMET components and filters, effectively remove particulates, regulate flow, reduce noise, and interact between gases and liquids. The sintering process of SintAbond™ PMET results in an evenly sized pore structure, combining the strength of a metallic structure, with the intricacies of fine filtration, available in micron ratings of 0.3 to 100.

Standard materials include 304/304L, 316/316L, 310, 904L, titanium, and alloys C276, C22 and 600, with other speciality materials available upon request, dependent on required form and quantity.

Perforated Plate

Perforated plate is a versatile and cost effective material used to create finished product and as a substrate for the series of SintAbond™ parts.

With a range of options and specialised perforations, offering hole diameters equal to or smaller than the material thickness, CFL perforated plates offer exceptional durability and mechanical strength. Available in hole diameters and material thicknesses, ranging from 0.35 mm to 35 mm.

Common materials include 304/304L, 316/316L, duplex, super duplex, 904L, titanium, and alloys 400, 600, 625, 800, 825, C276, and C22. Other materials can be provided upon request.
